- Provide support to clubs where clubs need it.
This will enable information such as Funding, Training and Development opportunities to be publicised directly to you.

Information provided will be used to inform clubs of suitable courses, events and club development opportunities in South Yorkshire.
The information will be retained until such time as the club instructs South Yorkshire Sport to change or remove the information. On your request, this original form and the database entry for your club will be completely destroyed, and a new registration form will be issued.
Personal information not included in the "Find a Club" search facility will only be available authorised members of the South Yorkshire Sport Partnership (this may include local authorities; National Governing Bodies of Sport and County Associations).
If the personal consent box for the primary and/or secondary contact (see section one) is not ticked, the information will not be included on the web-based directory.
